The Radiant Hand was founded in 1996 by K. Stephan Coburg, E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance USA & International, SYT Yoga Alliance UK.
Stephan studied in the traditional discipline of Hatha Yoga with his Guruji, Master Tenzin Kendra Rinpoche as his only disciple for eleven and a half years.
My experience:
It’s hard to imagine a more lovely (and surprising) setting than this terrace house in Tooting. It feels like stepping into a yogic tardis, even the toilet feels pretty magic. There’s a range of classes, drawing on various types of yoga. I find the classes varied, and typically quite disciplined. I experienced kundlini yoga for the first time here and, despite being a little resistant to the concept, came away with a strong sense of how we create energy in our practice.
