Yoga, meditation & brunch


Unwind with a gentle and deep scaravelli yoga session, a blissful meditation, and a delicious brunch feast. This Sunday morning is a chance to find more ease and enjoyment in your practice, and hopefully your whole day. I can’t wait to host you, along with my favourite yoga teacher Kathleen, and the delectable chefs – Sarah Serves and Jessie Lear.

The Menu

To start

Rosewater fruit salad with homemade granola and yoghurt (soya option available)

Followed by a choice of

Baked eggs with feta, harissa tomato sauce and coriander, served with sourdough (vegan options available) 


Pancakes with either mixed berry compote, or bacon and syrup


Healthy cordials: lemon, turmeric and ginger, rosewater and cardamom, blueberry and barberry

Fresh teas: mint and gunpowder, ginger and lemongrass, English breakfast
