My experience of this course in mindfulness and compassion meditation, is that it can help people find peace, resilience, and simply enjoy life more. Although each course varies, you can expect lots of laughter, plenty of peace, and a few “a-ha!” moments of learning along the way. People come with all levels of experience – some have never meditated before, some have practiced for years. This course offers a supportive way to explore meditation at whatever level suits you.

Course structure

Each week we explore a different aspect of mindfulness and compassion through guided meditation, group discussion, and exercises. The course weaves together various perspectives from science, art, spirituality and nature. There are also optional science papers, recorded home meditations and informal practices.

The course is cumulative, with each session building on the previous ones, so you may want to check you can make all, or most of, the sessions before booking
