Mindfulness at home

homeI now offer courses of mindfulness and compassion meditation in your home or organisation. Sessions are for groups of 8 or more people, alternatively I offer online courses for individuals to join groups. Whether you’re interested in Stanford University’s 8 week CCT course, or a bespoke session, these are flexible ways to explore developing a practice with a supportive group atmosphere.
