offers very practical tools, ideas and practises from science, philosophy and spirituality, including self-compassion, wise mindfulness, and compassionate action, as well as exploring resilience, communication and relationships.
Sustainable Compassion & Mindfulness – online course: dates tbc. Expressions of interest open now. An online course in mindfulness and compassion for personal and social transformation. Practice with a group and facilitator online, in the comfort of your own home. Learn and explore practices in more depth, including self-compassion, mindful action, empathy, resilience, communication and relationships.
