The lovely Museum of Happiness offer free meditation, yoga, art therapy and more each week at their space in the equally gorgeous Canvas Cafe. Every so often you’ll find me popping up in their Friday evening meditation sessions too. There’s always a lovely, friendly group with different practices, in a fabulous space!
